ACC gets higher $ per share in states with ACC member.

ACC gets much less $ per subscriber in states without ACC member. I don't know what the average is, but assume it's around that $0.25 number you used. This is why I had been suggesting we look at adding Cincinnati to get that number up, but that ship has now sailed.
